Plein Air Painting day Lower Exbury
Date: Thursday August 29th
Time: 10am – 4pm
Cost: £20.00 (maximum places 20)
Payment: Paypal or cash/card payment on the day.
The day with Stewart Beckett will start with a short demonstration on-site (Weather Permitting). Pointers will be given on selecting composition, initial sketching methods and application of paint from a practical and personal perspective. Advise will be given during the day on colour mixing, paint handling and the importance of good brushwork. Participants will produce their own piece of work from within the grounds. The day will end back at the onsite Studio with a short critique and display of work at 3.30 – 4pm.
You will need to bring your own packed lunch as no shops local without driving. Tea, Coffee and Biscuits will be provided.
